I have ordered two oat meals. It’s full of water and only gave apple sidings. Most important thing is they didn’t gave a spoon in the bag. This is ridiculous. Very very bad. You guys should give a refund.

Dont serve caramel machiatto. Burgers cold. Try to get coffee in the morning. And another time ordered dinner. It took 3 people to get my ice cream order. 1st one couldn't help me with app then he got someone who couldn't speak English. She was rude NEVER smiles. Then 3rd person made me a small ice cream cone. They were no help. I wanted to see a difference in ice cream size. I went around and ordered another ice cream. It was larger. I guess she makes sure if you upset them they make it smaller. Or? If you order on app they treat you different. I wonder if she is the one that mopped under

Very good location in Cypress. The staff is wonderful. The dining room, the restrooms, and Play Place were very clean and sanitized. This McDonald's has a very large dining area, especially in the Play Place area. Good location for birthday parties for toddler aged kids.

Jose is the manager tonight lousey manager! First of all I waited over 20mins in drive thru for my order about 6 cars went by and we still had no order an employee tried to give us someone else order I explained to him that the order wasn’t ours and I told him our order he said he would check on it And never came back. About four five more cars went by that’s when I got out my car in the drive thru line to see what’s going on. A girl was coming out with an order and it still wasn’t ours. So went to front counter and our order was gone the manager Jose had to tell the kitchen four times to rema
