Had to yell into the box for them to hear me, the guy tried to give me a "lemonade" that looked like water. I asked 2x if it was lemonade bc it looked like their lemonade was out and he said "yes, but I've never tried it", popped out the straw and it was water. Then he stupidly asked if I wanted something else, like yeah bro, I do. Finally get home and then the food was disgusting. Stalest, tasteless, coldest Taco Bell I've ever got in all my life, and I love me some taco bell.

I went to this Taco Bell last weekend and I had a great experience. They were super slammed at the time so I wound up having to wait to be helped/get my order but I see why and didn't mind. I wish I would have gotten his name but the gentleman that helped me was so patient with me and helped me choose the right things to order seeing as this was a big order going back to a recovery center for the handicapped. I did not have much experience ordering in bulk for a bunch of people so it was a bit overwhelming to me. They were sick of the hospital food though and I didn't blame them! I wanted the

Fyi, The beef Grilled burrito has lots of nacho cheese in it and not melted cheddar. I did not know that. I spent $20 on 5 items including the drink, to me that was a lot to spend for 1 person. Granted 4 items is 1 more than an individuals average dinner. Order was ready fast, but they gave me chicken when I ordered beef. I asked for hot sauce and only got a salsa and 1 green packet but no actual hot sauce packets in bag. Average experience expected from any late night drive-thru visit.

Very unhappy with the portions in my double deckers ...maybe a dozen slivers of cheese ...a tsp of meat ...surprisingly not packed with lettuce ...gave me plenty of beans ...I'm sad we were so happy to hear that double deckers were back ..now I wish I wouldn't have ordered them .
