one day i came in for a quick bite to eat. just something to fill my tummy up. i walk into cava expecting an ordinary experience but instead was greeted with a soul touching atmosphere. i walk to the line and was in the kind presence of a young man named adrian. he gracefully served my cava bowl with electricity and a warm smile made from cava. i asked him what sauce he would prefer as it is my first time and he bestowed garlic dressing. amazing choice, intelligent man. i finished the plate clean. i then go the very next week, the atmosphere was even more breathtaking somehow. i see another yo

Josh made what could have been a quick lunch stop into a genuinely memorable experience. The restaurant was extremely busy, with people constantly coming in and out, but he never seemed rushed when interacting with guests. He moved quickly, stayed on top of everything, and still managed to make our visit feel personal. What impressed me most was how attentive he was. He checked on us, brought pita to our table, and took the time to share some of the story behind CAVA and how the brand came to be from 3 friends to a national chain.
