Frap Bob★Horrible customer service especially from Jaycee I believe her name was I'm not sure but she said she was the GM! I tried using a digital gift card in store and was told they can't scan the barcode or put the card number in manually!! Even tried telling me my GIFT CARD was locked !!!! Hows that even possible?? I asked for her bosses name and contact and she refused to give it to me! She insisted that I make any complaints to HER then she would pass it along!!!
