Trinity BBQ was AMAZING. found them on google and gave them a try, I'm so glad I did. There lemon pepper fries with chicken and and buffalo sauce and queso was phenomenal. Had a Brisket, Ribs, wings and a jalapeño cheddar sausage...all tasted incredible. The owner was so friendly and accommodating, very nice guy. The nutter butter banana pudding was life changing. Looking forward to the next vist.

I went to Trinity Barbeque around 5pm with my sister and it was not quite the experience we had hoped for. The staff member was plenty nice and helpful, however the food was not hot and there were multiple hairs in our food. I would probably advise a hair net going forward because the hairs were in the frying oil and baked into the wings. We did show the employee and he was apologetic, but he offered a replacement and by then our appetites were ruined. I have had good experiences in the past closer to open and this was probably just a bad day. Not worth $45 by any means.

Food tasted good, I wish they had a few more options, but the smoked beans are super good, food was ready on time. I’d love to see beef ribs on the menu, since around Dalton you usually only find pork ribs. It would also be awesome to have the option to add shrimp, or maybe have rice as a side

I was really surprised by the food quality when I visited Trinity BBQ. I ordered the jalapeno cheddar sausage plate and was blown away by the flavor of item included. The smoked sausage was competition bbq level. The fries were seasoned perfectly and everything was hot. This place is a hidden gem.
