I keep giving them a chance every few months and it gets worse. Come on, fast food chain - do better! Mobile order never ready for pick up despite waiting in drive through for additional 5-7 min. (Yes I have tried the left side but that is not checked hardly ever and they leave you sit for 10+ minutes with no update.) Order wrong 98% of the time. Only non fail is the fry size. Dont try calling the # after you are home -- it goes straight to VM and its FULL! Intentional?! Shoddy service. I don't expect much but geesh. 10/10, do not recommend. And they weren't busy. E locust Checkers around 1030 pm. Ordered the Fry Lovers XL from the walk-to window and was given the Fully Loaded Fries instead. When I asked for my order the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, specifically saying "Whoever ordered these fries needs to come and pay up because they owe me one dollar and forty cents," (Or something similar) with a lot of attitude after I already previously offered to pay for the thing I actually ordered. First time having Checkers. Bacon double cheese and fries. Plenty of bacon on the sandwich. Cheese sauce was pretty good. It's definitely salty. I'm a fan of salt. Fries were decent probably better with some BBQ or cheese sauce. Service was quick and friendly. Had to park on the road to eat. I'd definitely try another item or 2 before really judging.
