I came with my family after church had to use the bathroom I wanted to wash my hands before I placed my order & as soon as I walk in. I had a black guy across the counter laugh at me and ask me WHAT ARE YOU ORDERING?? Didn’t greet me nor my family didn’t say welcome to KFC. I told him I was going to wash my hands to give me a sec and got mad that I used the bathroom before ordering. He was wearing a hoodie starting taking negative to his co-workers about me & my family. This happened Around 2pm I was very disappointed that I didn’t even order. It’s like they were bothered that we came in. He

Who ever runs this place needs to rethink their career path this is most definitely not how you treat a customer! The older lady was the manager her name is brandi she was so rude!! And had on no hair net and She almost threw my food at me because I ordered a simply two piece chicken (chicken wasn’t available I was given chicken thigh and breast and all I was was a 4pc but I couldn’t get that only breast and thighs so I got a two piece) and pot pie combo? I simply came here to feed my family and she not only messed up my order but was upset that I was spending my money like it was coming out h
