Would've given 0 stars if I could. Ordered Supreme Luxe box and there wasn't anything luxe about it. Items were thrown in and it wouldn't close. Opened chicken chalupa and it was very messy with the nacho cheese. I did ask to substitute shredded for melted, but wasn't expecting this. Customer service skills were subpar.

The workers here were friendly and the food was ok I mean what can we say about Taco Bell food that nobody really knows? They used to get a pass because it was cheap but no longer. These people have lost their ever loving minds. The food is extremely expensive and honestly with the prices you'd be far better off going to a tex mex restaurant. The food will most certainly be better and far cheaper. In short save your money and go to the Donkey on spencer Highway. Food is phenomenal there as well as their margaritas and the atmosphere is far better too. I will never eat Taco Bell again because I

Just ordered food not that long ago I noticed the taco I got was drenched in water, I opened the taco up it was drenched and soggy I called to leave a complaint and a lady answered upset with attitude saying they serve fresh food obviously not because I wouldn’t be complaining and she kept making sarcastic comments if you don’t like working there get another job. Terrible service with terrible workers will not be going back.

Placed a online order waited like 8 minutes to a "we dont have any orders" went to another one placed my order literally 2 minutes before arriving and bam they had my order lazy people at this location foreal
