I had been to this place back in 2011 (the last time I was in the area). I chose this location as it was the closest to me (21 miles) but I wanted something a little different. Did not disappoint in terms of side dishes. The area is a lot more built up since I was last here and much busier but worth the drive. The Texas toast and peach cobbler is were outstanding; perfectly toasted bread with just the right amount of butter. We had dinner at Shane's for the first time in a long time. I really liked the variety ok the menu, but we thought the food tasted just alright. The portions are just right, I had higher expectations based on the prices. We were there on a quiet Friday night, and it wasn't busy at all in the dining area. The wait for the food was rather long.
