Al Utkinson★McDonald's - 300 W Hillsboro Blvd Unfortunately, the experience here was just as frustrating. The service was very slow, and the wait time was far too long for a simple fast-food order. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and efficient, it felt completely unorganized. Staff didn’t seem in control of the flow, and there was no urgency to move the line faster. If you’re short on time, this location will likely test your patience. Bottom line: Long waits, poor service, and not the fast experience you’d expect.

Lyn H★I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a warm coffee, but I was given a cold one instead. That was already frustrating, but it got worse. When I went back and asked the employee to fix it, she seemed rushed and did not really listen. She quickly gave me another coffee, but this one was somehow even worse. It tasted salty and nothing like coffee at all. It was completely undrinkable. At that point, it just felt careless. If employees were properly trained and actually took a second to pay attention, situations like this would not happen. Making a simple coffee and correct
LANTIGUA TRUCKING LLC★On February 23 around 2pm I went there with my 2 kids because they were really hungry we decided to eat inside since i thought it was going to be better which end up taking forever. We went inside, I placed the order through the machine talked to them and waited about 25 minutes.
