One of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've visited. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. Even during busy hours, the service was fast and the team kept everything running smoothly. It's always great to see employees who genuinely care about customer service. I would definitely stop here again when passing through the area.

Not really sure why we’re not doing 2 lanes of drive thrus during the morning, but it’s not working. I went indoors to order and one of the employees was in line to order as well (???). Another employee came in late and they go “She’s here! Even though her voice isn’t!” And her voice was completely gone. I went to Whataburger instead. Did we learn NOTHING from the pandemic? STAY. HOME.

They don’t care about serving customers inside. Stood in line for over 15 minutes with 3 customers in front of me. I counted 19 Cars go through the drive thru. The cashier would rather talk than do her job. Couldn’t wait any longer because I had to go back to work. I never have this problem at any other location. Third time this has happened at this particular one. Will absolutely never be coming back to this location.

Placed an order at 8:40. Would have got it to go if we knew they would kick you out at 9. When we get our food, we were told if you can’t finish this by 9, you have to go. This could have been worded so many different ways , and been nice and friendly… but it was not. I have worked customer service my entire life, and never have I been able to tell a customer this. Chick-fil-A gives this image of awesome customer service, but this was far from that. The manager Matt said the same thing. Poor service! Plus they forgot a drink, we didn’t get the ice cream that came with the meal…. They
