I’ve been a loyal Trilogy customer since I moved to DeLand years ago. The coffee is always great. The baristas rock. But I needed to say this: the owners don’t seem to prioritize this business despite it being the most popular of their two Trilogy locations. They’re trying to make Trilogy Kitchen catch on and news flash: no one wants Trilogy Kitchen at the expense of Trilogy Coffee. Like there is no reason that Trilogy Coffee should have a broken AC in the middle of summer. The AC has been broken for MONTHS, probably close to a year.
