If I could leave a negative review, I would. I ordered my food at 8:58 PM and did not receive it until 9:50. Two men walked in Asking if there were any hot and ready, pizzas which I responded no, nothing is ready right now. I have waited an hour for only one pizza. I finally get my pizza and the worker goes to another man waiting. I gave you extra stuff but I did not give her anything because she’s a liar. Right in front of the entire store. This place is horribly run. I have frequented this location many times and it is normally good pizza but horribly slow service so I know to order in advance. That said, this is by far the worst experience yet. I placed an online order at 6:21pm, for 2 pizzas and crazy bread, to be picked up at 7pm. Arrived for the pizza at 7:04 and it was not ready. The pizza wasn’t even put in the oven until after 8pm. Didn’t get out of there until after 8:20. An order being over an hour late is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. There was a lot of other people waiting and only two people making pizzas.

The picture says it all. Wish ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS WAS AN OPTION!!! 20 minutes late, the cashier was actually eating a piece of freaking pizza when she handed me the crazy sauce she forgot (big health code violation), and the pizza is inedible. They'll never see a penny from my household again. Seriously worst pizza experience I've ever had. Kids have no dinner now because the pizza is actually inedible. The crust is over 1.5 inches thick and raw inside. You guys suck. Like really really bad.

For starters- I love Little Cesars. Will forever be a diehard fan. This particular location though... My wife and I are new to Delaware. We ordered once before, it wasnt great. But do-able. Several days ago we tried to order and it was almost a 2 hour wait. We opted for something else. Ive still wanted it since then, so I ordered tonight through doordash.
