Steak and shake used to be more of an experience pre covid. We had to scan a receipt in order to fill our own drinks, it was very confusing and there are no signs. The employees were awesome and the food came out quick and delicious. I just wish corporate would bring back the magic of eating at steak and shake. I think next time I'll go through the drive through and then just go inside with our food to eat. Would save me a lot of frustrati

Lisa Houston★Unbelievable!!!!!!! Worst 75.00 I have ever spent. All the food cold. Was handed our to-go milkshakes 16 minutes before the food was ready. Missing food from our order. We ordered chicken finger meals and I kid you not the 3 chicken fingers were over cooked and the size of a toddlers pinky finger. What a disappointment.
