Food was made incorrectly for one 🤦🏼‍♀️ and sienna the night shift worker on sun may 10 at 1:07 am had the WORST customer service ( as a fast food worker my self ) there is no way In human possible that’d id talk to anyone job or home the way she did to me tonight she was disrespectful and had a VERY big attitude over the speaker box and the window I would not like her to loose her job but I strongly advise putting her through a 90 day training again with the proper trainer who ever trained her the first time hates his or her job and taught her todo the same thing. Placed the order on the kiosk, tracked for kiosk. Took over 10 minutes after the order was finished to get the food. This was after two other orders where placed after mine. Then after those two orders the staff takes two more orders before even asking how I could be helped. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone else even walked in. This is now my third time with this same experience, if I could rate lower I would.

I have order a nacho bell grande and it was not covered in meat or cheese and I will add a picture I also got nacho fries and and I open the bag and there all over the place like they just threw them in there as well as there new salted caramel churros if you are wanting to try those don’t because they are disgusting I would highly recommend to not go to this Taco Bell if I was you go to the one on Elkcam or enterprise I am very disappointed and rude staff the staff was rude as heck

It’s so bad. I live close by so I come here when in the mood for some Taco Bell. Every single time I have left feeling more disgusted and let down. No food is safe here except maybe the nacho fries but you literally cannot mess up nacho fries. Nothing is good and the girls are nice but not in a food service nice. Like bad at orders and bad at food prep. Cold food and you can taste the disgusting grease they use to make their food and how they haven’t changed it. Go to Elkcam I regret going to this one.
