I had just driven in from out of town to visit family and simply wanted a chicken breast and a biscuit. They suggested a two piece (breast/wing) and biscuit; which was fine. I got the extra crispy, and boy was it crispy and flavorful. Usually when I get biscuits from KFC, they tend to be on the dry side, but the biscuit I got from this location was hot and fluffy; absolutely delicious. I hope this is how the food is everyday. The person servicing the drive-thru was patient and friendly.

Karina the manager attended us very bad with very bad attitude just because we didn’t get what we wanted. We asked for drumstick, thighs and chicken breast. And they gave us just wings and drumsticks. She choose what to give which was the very small piece drumsticks and thigh's. This is your job if you going work do it right. We ain’t your family or friends we’re your client. Somebody else deserves to be a manager not her with her little attitude. And if you think I am lying here are the pictures.

My mom ordered nearly $40 worth of food last night. Girl told her to pull up front and wait, the food will be ready in 12 minutes. Mom waited for over 30 minutes and went back in line. They completely forgot about my mom and the girl was rude and slammed the window in her face after handing her the food. Super unprofessional.

I ordered family 12 piece. I asked did they give me napkins,they had forgotten them. I asked did they give honey 4 my biscuits,they said yeah. When we got back to our room,we checked out food,they forgot honey and biscuits
