I'm not exactly sure how we ended up here. We were looking for another place when we spotted a sign advertising happy hour near an alleyway entrance and decided to check it out. We were the first customers of the afternoon and grabbed seats at the bar. The space has a retro vibe, almost like an bowling alley bar. The happy hour deals were hard to pass up: $3 off appetizers and cocktails, plus $6 beers. We ordered the meatballs, which were pretty good, and washed them down with multiple $6 tall cans of Modelo. What started as an accidental stop turned into a good place to grab a drink and a snack. If you're in the area, the happy hour specials make it worth checking out.

Checked out their “Elf” themed Christmas pop-up which is beautifully decorated and totally makes you feel like you’ve entered a Christmas wonderland! The cocktails even went along with the theme and were delicious. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. This is definitely a spot to check out before or after your dinner at Mootz, or you can even order off of the food menu in the bar as well!
