​I recently took my young nephews here, and it was a fantastic experience! It’s a perfect spot for early elementary-aged kids. ​Highlights: ​The Play Area: They have a great indoor play space for kids and toddlers. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Dothan!! I only gave one star because I couldn’t post the review without a selection. I come here to get coffee in the mornings because it’s close to my job. I always order a medium coffee with 7 sugars. Yesterday, I got my coffee just to open the lid and see it full of creamer. So I had to go back to the location to get it replaced. When I got there, I had to wait at least 3 minutes for someone to see if I’d ordered. No apologies for the mix up or the inconvenience. Usually pretty good but past 2 times I ordered a hamburger only ketchup and they piled the onions on with it my daughters is a month shy of 2 not a picky eater but definitely does not like onions try to put attention a little more whomever is making the burgers... Besides that great fast paced friendly service always!!

I went through the drive thru tonight and the woman who took my order was very sweet. I didn’t catch her name, but she got our order correct, it was fresh, and had a great attitude. I wish more McDonald’s had employees like this.
