So I’ve got the same exact order from Dunkin dozens of time. It tastes like a blueberry scone and it’s SO good. I come to this Dunkin a lot and never have an issue. They’re super quick and efficient. So today I got it and it tasted nothing like my usual order. It didn’t taste like anything actually. So I was hesitant to go in but I decided to. Anees is an ANGEL! She was SO sweet about it! She wanted to remake it personally. I apologize a few times and she was so nice about it. Very personable and attentive. Then she asked if I could try it before I left to make sure it was right. Not my favorite Dunkin ....they mix up the orders frequently but after waiting so long, you just take what they give you. Staff aren't as friendly as other Dunkin's I have been to. But it is convenient so sometimes it is just the location that matters. I always use the drive thru.

the morning crew here is 5 stars, hands down. unfortunately whatever slacker they've hired for the afternoon is now locking the doors/closing drive through by 6:15 pm when posted hours are until 7.

Don't order inside. They only prioritize drive thru. I had to ask about my order after seeing 8 cars get serviced, meanwhile my food was getting cold on the shelf while the rest of my order went forgotten.
