Shout out to Kevin for being a wonderful bartender/server for my family and I today. We’ve been long time customers but today we were evacuated due to a 7 alarm fire in Lowell and we thought of tavern on the line instantly for outdoor seating as we had our dog with us. During an emergency and the fate of our house unknown, I ran in and just asked if it was okay that we had our dog with us and Kevin greeted us with a warm welcome face, told us to sit down and relax and he took care of us. Both the atmosphere and the food are excellent. The customer service is very friendly and respectful, and the prices are great as well. Fresh ingredients are used, and honestly, whatever I say won't do it justice. The French fries and the salad with Italian dressing taste like heaven.

Came here right at open for lunch, and was very happy with everything. It was Sunday and the cheesesteak egg rolls were on special, and we couldn't say no. They were so so so good! Also, my Fiddlehead IPA was poured perfectly and the onion rings were to die for. I wish it was not so far away, I'd definitely go here often if so!

Definitely a local joint with a cozy vibe. Food was really good- a simple burger and fries. It was delicious. I think because it was a Monday and I’m not a regular, service wasn’t overly attentive or friendly. It was fine. I was brought my check early and then later when I did want to pay, I had to go find someone. I had 2 different servers so it’s possible there was a shift change while I was there. Overall, a good experience & I would go back. Lots of parking and the restaurant was clean.
