I recently tried Water Moon and was seriously impressed. I ordered the Cosmopolitan sushi roll, the American Dream roll, and the General Tso’s chicken and everything exceeded expectations. The sushi was absolutely delicious. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the rolls were generous in size, which made each bite really satisfying. Just wanted to give an update to my review. I still absolutely love Water Moon. Raymond and the vast gluten free options are the reason I continue to come back. He is so kind and has remembered my family every single time we've come in, including what one of my daughters likes to order and that I have an allergy. Also, the variety of seating is great, we've brought big groups for birthdays with no worries on accommodations, the booths are private and the smaller tables are still big enough for everyone to have enough room on the table. And they are always clean, including the bathrooms.
