Kayla and Gio really are professionals and know how to handle customers. I Made an order and had a few problems with the order and the first person was not so pleasant. I don’t know who reads these, but all I gotta say is that I haven’t been to native grill in a very long time due to customer service, but I was told that the customer service was better and Kayla was very nice to greet me to show and take me my table to let me know that they will get my food out as soon as possible and it was everything was delicious. kayla did a really good job. I come checking on me making sure everything was OK and if I had a better experience this time around. and if there’s anything they can approve to make the customer service better. I heard about the wings here , decided to check it out. Friendly hostess recommended the pizza so I have to come back. The bartender mentioned a hot strawberry sauce for the wings not sure how long it will last. (Not on the menu) Highly recommend really savory. Overall great atmosphere will be coming back for the pizza !

Ok, I didnt read the reviews before ordering from here. I only ordered their native buffalo fries and the brownie sundae. Went to pick up n wait an extra 10mins longer than the estimated time. Fine thats cool. When I got home, getting ready to eat my fries, tell me why the amount of it is like half the size of what they advertise from their picture? Figured, its a starter course so ok, guess they do just give u a little but I had to go back and check their picture. Yes, it looks like a full size but why did I only received like, half that portion? Don't get me wrong, its just as tasty as any b
