"Shoutout to the awesome staff here! I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, but the employee noticed it was a little dry and asked if I wanted a different one instead. I want to shout out Kat for being amazing. A couple weeks ago I had ordered a drink (wanted it hot), got confused by a question and ended up with a cold drink. She offered to make it hot. (Though I was the one thrown off.) Not only did she make my day better by offering such great customer service, I was able to give the hot drink to a homeless woman. What Ok?★

The service is terrible. Waited at the front for 15 minutes to order and my friend ordered on the app 30 minutes ago and still waiting on food. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, and MORE TERRIBLE service. Soooo slow and when I went up to order food they said “we are really behind on food, is that ok”. The place is dirty and the line is out the door with no one sitting and eating. All the workers just being lazy. When we asked about our food and waiting over 30 minutes the worker just says “I don’t know”
