I was totally underwhelmed by the lack of topping volume for the Blaze sandwich special. It was not anything like the pictures shown at the ordering point of sale. I should’ve opened and examined it before leaving the restaurant. (Was a take out order). Likely won’t come back. Not a great experience for the money spent!!

First time trying out this restaurant and was quite happy with the outcome. Unfortunately there was little Mac and cheese left, which I was excited to try, but fortunately I was able to have a small sample of what was left. There wasn't any white bread left either, but luckily the whole wheat tasted great. I ordered the Nebula and the Flash, both were excellent and delicious. I don't think charging 2.00 for a pickle is reasonable, but it was large and delicious. I had hoped to have a better experience my first time around, but it was very good for the situation at hand.

We drove up from southern Minnesota to see our son. We came here after his football game a little after 10:00 P.M. whom ever manages this location I hope you know you have a hidden gem, the gal who made our sandwiches Mary was absolutely amazing. Not only was she accommodating to letting us have that little extra time to eat and chat, she was helpful even with our daughter and her phone. Mary if you are reading this, it was refreshing meeting a person as kind hearted as you are. Thank you for just being you, you made our family’s night. ❤️

This is the worst sandwich shop I've ever been to I asked for a steak sandwich it's I get it and it's full of water just dripping water the bread is 100% moist management after I walked up and said hey this is a shity sandwich I need a replacement or something different she didn't want to replace it or anything. Very subpar unsatisfied with erberts and gerberts and will never go back again. I've never seen such subpar product customer service or integrity in any business in my life . So I guess I file a civil lawsuit over $12 sandwich since I can't even get a replacement for the very subpar fo
