I got 32.19 charged to my card i was charged for 6 dipping sauces. One barbecue sauce, one sweet-and-sour sauce and 4 ranches. Well guess what? I didn't get my barbecue sauce, nor did I get a 1 of the ranches, but was charged .50 per ranch dipping sauces. Also, my cookie dough, fusion swirly Garbage thing that i paid 4.39 for looks like it's been sitting out for decades. There's no cookie dough in it. No cookie dough on top. 3 my frys are freaking cold As can be, this is pathetic service and should not be allowed.You guys should be shut down by the health department. And quit charging peopl

This Wendy’s struggles. How do not put burger patties on the burgers. We ordered 6 burgers and 4 didn’t have patties. And they are so slow!!! If they are that slow at least put a patty on the bun. I now Feel like I have to check everything before I leave.

Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked fast food a i would consider myself pretty understanding but this was just not okay. We got there when there was not a ton of people in the store. We ordered no big deal. Took about 30-35 minutes to get our food. Only to get our food to get the wrong stuff and missing parts of our food. Brought it up to the staff absolutely rude and unprofessional when they were the ones who messed up. If i could rate this place a .1 star i would. Do not give them your business.

Deleting reviews is not going to make this Location any better… The other night I was served a pink burger! Disgusting. Drive to Saratoga Springs and get something else!
