Marisol Delao★I order a espresso drink venti once I got it drink (inside the cup) was a tall amount half the cup empty. Mind you i had otder this dink before and didn't have this issue. I called and the manager at the time Melissa said we'll you didnt ordered extra ice. Im not paying foe extra ice I want the dink nor ice.
Johnny Pho★★★★★Amazing staff. Those who are saying the service is slow should also take into consideration that the Starbucks is relatively new. Staff was amazing. I was a klutz and my drink fell off the couch seat while I sanitizing my table. I was given a new drink, free of charge! They also cleaned up my mess with no issues. I will be coming here again for sure! Very clean and nice environment.
Priscilla Garza★⭐ 1/5 Stars I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks. Every time I visit, there’s always an issue with my order. It’s clear that they are severely understaffed, with only a few employees trying to manage a long line of customers. I feel bad for them because they’re overwhelmed, but at the same time, it leads to constant mistakes and long wait times. Starbucks should definitely hire more staff to improve service. Right now, it’s frustrating to order here because mistakes happen too often, and the wait time just keeps getting longer. I hope they fix this soon!!!!!
