I’ve probably had about 10 of these Italian sandwiches and from multiple locations across the United States while traveling for work and I have never had one that was so messy with all the sauce falling out! It was the absolute worst. What a mess so hard to eat please be more consistent with brand standards. Also the soup was less than warm

I've been to Panera many times in many different states and never had a bad experience until today. The Panera in Florence Alabama was bad. I have had Panera French Onion soup many times and always enjoyed it until today. The other times it had the cheese melted covering the top. Today just had some cheese shredded in it. The soup was lukewarm warm (at best) and the taste bad. I tried to eat it, but no way. It was that bad. When I ordered I was give the option of an apple or chips. I told them I always was given an option of bread. She said they didn't have bread. Panera Bread with NO bread...

Panera has a friendly staff with pretty quick service. The menu items are definitely on the pricey side, but the food is good. The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich is my all-time favorite. I wish they'd bring back the Tortellini Alfredo.

From out of town. I am a sip club member. Wanted to get a tea and bread bowl. Read the reviews about how Florence location never has bread bowls. Went on app to order. Bread bowl is sold out.
