Whoever is working nights needs extra training. Ordered maple bourbon bbq whooper through the app. You know, the one with the crispy onions and jalapeños. When I get the burger, no crispy onions and raw pickled jalapeños. No warning from the guy working the window.

Just came out of there a moment ago and it’s probably the worst experience yet. Two guys this time. One red haired guy and another with tattoos. Acknowledged us exactly one time before ignoring us completely. Finally when they could even be bothered to take our order, he fiddled with the register, cussed it out a bit, then proceeded to have a conversation with his manager about the register being broken. Took my daughter here for a quick lunch on her birthday 5/27/26 and there was a new guy at that register. Bigger guy with a cross tattoo on his face and a beard. Had to be by far the nicest, most friendly guy I have ever been served by at a fast food place or any other place. Awesome job!
