This pic of Medium fries sums up service after 6pm. The attitudes towards other customers is grumpy and fed up. Watched a young worker say "not my problem" after 3 cars plus me were sitting for about 25 mins (morning). During the day its decent with the older workers. During the summer its better.

There was hair in my food… Took it in and asked an employee at the front for some help or for a manager and was met with “I don’t know where he is”. Anyways, manager finally came to the front and just said “I’m sorry” (which was kind of him) but then walked away. Didn’t ask if I wanted it remade or a refund, just walked to the back. A different (and very kind) employee asked what I needed help with and went and got a new burger, which was nice but I really would have just preferred a refund.

This McDonald’s takes a very long time to take orders. I was once the only person in line and it took 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was there. I also placed an online order and still had to wait 10 minutes. A girl who was working the register also asked me one time if I could drive my car through the building so she could go home…

why are my fries filled only halfway? And every time i try to get a Dr.Pepper it’s always coke. i understand they look the same but why is it every time. I use to work at a busy McDonalds and you should never no matter how busy you are mess up this bad
