What a unique experience for me to stumble upon this place. The menu was modest and perfect for your needs of sweet and savory. But let's talk about that gravy... oh my gosh the gravy. Next time I think I just want a bowl of the gravy and some side bacon as a spoon replacement for dipping!. The choice of coffee bean they use was a very unique taste and I will be coming often for that specifically. If you have never been here your cheating yourself. I promise you that.

I will be honest: I used to not care for evoke. I came here several times many moons ago and never felt welcomed. HOWEVER, things have changed. I brought my friends from out of town here because I know they enjoy a hip coffee joint. I was very impressed by the current staff, and the coffee qas way better than I remember! Everyone got coffee and breakfast and everything was excellent. I had a breve latte and avocado toast. I will definitely be back. I am glad I decided to stop by again.

Have you ever seen a stunning cup of oat milk matcha latte before? 😍 If you haven’t, you must definitely come here and it tastes amazing as well. It’s not overly sweet, which I like. Also, their black coffee is just as good. My husband and I ordered an avocado toast with an egg to share with our drinks too. It was so kind of the kitchen to separate the avocado toast into two separate plates and we each got an egg. 🫶 Service is great and staff is super friendly. Let’s just say, I think I’ve found my favorite coffee shop in Downtown Edmond.
