I stopped at Edmonds Bakery while checking out the downtown area to pick up some baked goods. I got a blueberry scone and a chocolate fudge brownie. Unfortunately, both were a bit disappointing. The blueberry scone was very doughy and felt underbaked in the center. The fudge brownie, on the other hand, was extremely sweet and sticky, which made it a bit unsatisfying. Overall, the treats didn’t live up to my expectations, though the owner was very friendly.
