I visited this location again and ordered the chicken and bean bowl, and the portion size was disappointing. The bowl felt underfilled and didn’t reflect the value that should come with a standard order. Sent my husband to pick up my food and it wasn’t fresh at all!!! The chicken was sooo old, dry and burnt. It was like burnt charcol the bones were literally dry idk how old that chicken was?! The mashed potatoes were really cold and different temperatures all over the mac & cheese was lukewarm. The beans in the street corn pollo bowl tasted left out. Picked up at almost 2pm. They need a manager asap doing checking temperatures logs and quality control. I gave the chicken that was somewhat salvageable to the cat. Whe I got home I just trashed it and ate the cold mac & cheese and mashed potatoes

Never even got the food because of Joseph who can't take orders and argues and curses at customers through a drive thru speaker. then when you call the manger she hangs up don't give a hangs up because she can't train or handle herself or employees then she takes the business phone and leaves it off the hook. The owner should be proud
