If I could give zero stars I would. Had a mistake where I placed a mobile order to this location and I was too far away to pick it up. I tried to call and the employee was super rude to me on the phone and basically said there is no refund option that it’s my fault. It’s ready for pick up and that they would be at a loss if they refunded me. I said OK fair enough is there a customer service number or a manager that I can speak to to possibly talk about recovery in the future because his attitude was horrible and he would rather do anything than help a customer out in that moment I will not be

Morning is better. There is a woman working the window who is the nicest lady every single time. But tonight my daughter and I came here for bacon egg and cheese croissants, a chocolate chip muffin, and coffee before heading out to shop. Two sandwiches, a muffin, a medium coffee and a medium latte was $25.50 or around that. Had a $20 and a $10 and now have $4 and some coins. I do not care about the prices typically, it is what it is when it comes to any restaurant. But the bacon egg and cheese croissants each had two pieces of bacon. That’s ridiculous. This is my local Dunkin Donuts. The location runs smoothly during peak hours and the food and beverages as well prepared. I often place large orders the night before for next day pickup. Their breakfast sandwiches are especially good and they often have seasonal offrings.

The dounts were fine but I was not pleased with the service. I was asking about ordering a Chai latte which is on the menu but the man at the register said he did not have. Which is fine so I went to order another drink and he took it down incorrectly. When I shared with him that he had the wrong drink he rudely said "you need to make up your mind already!"
