The quarter pounder was pink and undercooked. The staff was minimally attentive and I had to wait in line three times to ask for salt and pepper and napkins. They seem like good kids but one guy was speaking Spanish to my old man and he dont even speak spanish he's filipino.

McDonald’s- what have I done to you? Who have I angered at the McDonald’s corporation? Why do you vex me so? Is it me? Do my requests fall upon deaf ears? I’ve come here a quite a few times. And every single time I order the same thing. The number 8- a classic, the 2 cheeseburger meal. But I just make the simplest change- no cheese, and extra onions. Used to just be no cheese- but then you guys started removing the onions too for some reason- a reason I’ll probably never know. I have been going to this McDonald’s for several several years. The experience I had today was definitely horrible and I hate to do this. Obviously, they’re busy. I get that. No problem waiting ordered a chicken wrap, black coffee and fries. I was told when I got to the second window. You have to wait eight minutes I said OK never mind on the wrap. Can I get a cheeseburger? Something simple I heard her talking to the lady back-and-forth which I couldn’t hear it completely. Please hire staff who understand what customer service means. I told the employee (Asia) twice what my order was, but she charged me for a spicy hamburger instead. She then told me to go to the next window, and they also forgot to give me my two Cokes and my chocolate milk...
