Cube Coffee in Ellicott City is honestly one of the best things that happened to the Baltimore coffee scene. The coffee is fantastic, the desserts are perfect, and the place itself is wonderful. You can really see the great effort put into the design — even when it’s full, it somehow still feels comfortable and relaxing. My daughter only has one question for me now: “When are we going there next?” 😄 What really stands out is how much they continue improving since opening. Generous, kind service in an excellent location. Great place to hang out, drink coffee, study or socialize. They have secludes booths, couches, pillow seating and traditional tables - so lots of options. Wide unique, selection of beverages witha middle Eastern theme. Lattes, coffee is delicious but take a risk and try some of their specialty drinks. I am happy and content with my mango matcha and iced Americana. Great atmosphere - the owner kindly let me sample a few desserts. Worth a visit or two. Bon appetite.

This place is exactly what we wanted! It’s open late, has plenty of seating with little nooks that would be perfect for studying/hanging out as a group, and everything we have ordered has been delicious. I’ve gotten the baklava iced latte twice and it’s my favorite. We had to get the honey cake because all of the reviews were talking about it, and I understand why. It’s so good! Everyone is also so nice here, we will definitely be back!

Charming little (well, it's a larger space than you'd think!) cafe, tucked out of the way behind a large shopping center. They opened recently and there's perhaps a little chaos in the ordering (tablet versus human, wait times can be a little long) while staff and customers find their footing, but the cardamom spanish latte and slice of honey cake I got were really lovely; quite sweet for sure, but a nice change from more common American coffee shop fare.
