Ordered a bacon , egg and cheese on a croissant and was served raw bacon even after asking them to make sure it was cooked. Shortly after I realized , returned to the store and was greeted rudely. Instead of giving me a refund and fixing the situation , they asked for the food and drink back. In the process of me trying to get a refund the lady accused me of not ordering what I had ordered. I got a small coffee and she accused me of ordering a medium even though it was right in her face. Never ever again. Y’all need to do better because these are the reasons people take things above and beyond

Paid for extra cream cheese and this is what I get ? I don’t understand if I stated clearly I would pay EXTRA for EXTRA cream cheese and I don’t get it. It’s ridiculous. What’s the reasoning behind being stingy with cream cheese especially when the customer is paying for it !

Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.

Donuts are to hard they taste old.but the employees make a great frozen coffee and work hard! I would recommend. Just not a dozen of donuts,mayb next time I'll just purchase one.
