This Starbucks location really came through, especially for such an early visit at 5am. It was located in the Dallas airport. I ordered ahead thru my app. Of course it was noisy but they were hustling to keep up with orders. One guy was looking lost making orders. Bless his heart. So definitely if you can order online. The line was long. My coffee was worth it!

I’m very disappointed with the consistency and quality of service here. It feels like customized drinks are not being properly checked or followed, as my orders are frequently made incorrectly. As someone who comes here every day and relies on this location because it’s the closest to my workplace, it’s extremely frustrating to keep running into the same issue. I hope more attention can be given to customer orders, especially customized ones, to improve the overall experience. This location is also overpriced already and running into this issues is not right!
