Ordered a grilled cheese burrito with a steak substitution but was served this pittance that was over half just tortilla wrap. For a $7 burrito these portions are atrocious, I've always thought that TB was supposed to be the fast food brand that gave you the most bang for buck but I could go to any other fast food place in my area and get a much more satisfying meal for $7.

What is the point of placing a mobile order for pickup? Every time I do, I have to wait at the front counter up to 5 minutes before an employee acknowledges my presence. Then they have to "check" me in before they even start making my food. The only reason I come to this location is for convenience. It is becoming less convenient.

Poor service at night. Was told to pull up to the window in a forceful tone, only for the order to take more than ten minutes. Mind you, this was a pretty simple order and they could not be bothered to include the nacho cheese sauce that was ordered.

Insanely god awful service. Like impossibly stupidly slow, how was I the first person in (picking up an order that was already placed long before I got here) and the last person helped. I watched multiple people ORDER and LEAVE in the time that it took for them to help me. In what way does that make any sense? Is there any level or order or is it just whatever they feel like doing at any given time?
