When I got there I tried to get the managers attention inbetween talking to 2 other employees to no avail. The sweetest young lady noticed and came over immediately to help me. She made sure my French fries were hot and everything was fresh. She has very good customer service skills and very well mannered. It would be very refreshing if all employees had the same perfesional customer service skills as her! Specially the managers. Busy location, conveniently located by the mall.

Update 03/24/2024 Jose S. Is a great manger. He came to great us and ask us if we need any help. This is the best McDonald's I've been to. Previous Review: This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food service is the best ever. The store is clean and organized and everything works. The playground for the kids is nice to have. Definitely coming back to this one again. Thank you guys for making this one of the best McDonald's ever.

I have not ate at a McDonald's in over 25 years as I do not like fast food much. The south end of Eureka location was remodeled and had put in an indoor play structure. Today (5/25/22) I took my daughter there for lunch and to play on the structure, she was so excited to play on the structure. We arrived and ordered chicken sandwiches as we thought we'd be safe with that selection. First disappointment was we were told the play area was closed which was an extreme let down to my daughter. We received our food in a to go bag, as we were not asked for here or to go when ordering, so apparently t

Placed my order at 9:30, pulled up to the 1st window, no one was there. The line was not moving, when the two customers in front of me got service at 9:43 I pulled up to the next window no one was there, went inside and staff members were talking to people that were seated, waited for service, no one came to the counter, and I just left. That's the 2nd time in two weeks that drive thru was either very slow or nonexistent at this McDonald's.
