Still the greatest bookstore around! B&N is not just a store, it's an experience. There's books, music, movies, games, toys, plush, and collectibles to explore. A nice café. Aisles are spacious. They have a great breadth and depth of titles. There's truly something for everyone.

Doesn't feel as inviting as it used to feel. All the tables and reading books have been removed. I can understand the problems of a brick and mortar building trying to compete with online availability - sales and product availability become most important. But a nice place to sit and compare things before a purchase would be appreciated. Great place with lots of options. Outside of reading materials they have an excellent Lego section, journal section and gift ideas.

My wife and I come here quite a bit, and it is always fun. But I’ll tell you, tonight we met Gala, the lady at the check out, and she is just the most pleasant person I’ve ever met! She is so kind and was so excited to show us the rewards program. Such a precious woman who made the entire experience coming here so worthwhile! Someone please give her a raise or free coffee or something! Not a lot of people like her in the world anymore that just spread pure joy with their words and actions.
