I honestly don’t know what’s going on at this Taco Bell, but I will never go back. I ordered at the drive-thru and instead of just making my food, they told me to pull forward and come back in “3-4 minutes.” I waited… and waited. After 3-4 minutes I came back around only to be told the same thing again. This nonsense went on repeatedly until I ended up sitting there for almost 35 minutes total. It felt like they were deliberately trying to inflate the number of cars in the drive-thru line for their stupid metrics rather than actually serving customers. This service was abominable. Both my girlfriend and I got slapped on the way into the store and the employees asked us to clean the bathrooms. Not to mention then they got all of our food wrong and decided to take a bite out of it themselves to try it! I am very upset and wanna speak to a manager. I have never been treated so poorly. Not to mention, the store itself is a mess, pretty sure there is a bearded dragon hiding in the soda machine but I can’t be too sure, someone save him

After a night out with my friends, we decided to stop at Taco Bell for some food. We placed our order at the drive-thru, paid, and were asked to pull up and wait. About ten minutes later, a worker brought us the wrong order. Another twenty minutes passed, yet our food still hadn’t arrived. The employees seemed disorganized, going from car to car without knowing which order belonged to whom. After an additional ten minutes, I got out of the car and stood by the door to wait. Food was fine, place is pretty disgusting. You can tell it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while much less simply swept and mopped. Was the only customer in the restaurant. One employee sitting in a booth on their phone (probably on break). There's no employee customer interaction thanks to the clumsy kiosks that take 2x longer to use then just talking to someone. I especially loved getting overhear the employees in the back yelling and cussing st each other, really added to the ambiance...
