Came here on a Friday during the lunch rush. I ordered an adobo chicken burrito which was pretty good. While I waited on line, I noticed that the tables needed cleaning. And there were some napkins on the floor. I don't fault the staff too much as they were pretty busy filling orders from the long line of people. To their credit, as the rush died down, they started to clean up the place. As we ordered, the staff were polite. Qdoba is a good place to grab a quick Mexican-style meal.

I had a great experience at Qdoba! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Christian went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and treat customers so well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First of all the 15 code survey code isn’t even on the receipt. Second of all the manager lazinnie with the blond hair male manger on today’s evening shift stated while pouring steak on my bowl that’s gonna be XTRA and I already put steak in your bowl…I asked how much ?? He didn’t know how much EXACTLY.. whatever.. I go to pay for the bowl order and then I see how much XTRA… I tell them my concerns that I felt obligated to pay for this XTRA charge.. and that I would like to get a refund for the XTRA charge they agreeed but he tossed out that whole entire food that was already made like he stat

This place is good and their food is awesome. The staff is just rude here I don’t know why. They all look like so mad. Other than that the location is clean and it’s quiet.
