My sister booked a small party for 20 people here on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate my mom's 85th Birthday and the owner & chef of Sage along with his staff were very accommodating. They were an integral part in helping us arrange the seating and "catered"🤭 to all our needs. I believe my sister worked with the in-house catering menu, but I'm not 100% correct on that. I was so busy in conversation with all the guests that I do remember the most important dishes I did get to try. The first thing that came out that has been etched into my brain was the Thai Calamari, OMG! Absolutely delicious

We were warmly welcomed with a smile the moment we walked in, seated right away, and had our drinks in front of us almost instantly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came in generous portions without losing any quality. We enjoyed the Thai chili shrimp, penne vodka with shrimp, and chicken parm—each dish cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We finished with the pistachio torta, which was absolutely delicious. Great service, great food, and an all-around great experience.

We were in search of a nice old school Italian byob restaurant to host our son & future daughter in laws wedding rehearsal dinner this August.. looking for someplace close to the church that would accommodate our families..and would not rush us out. We are not from the area and have never been to this restaurant. We decided to give it a try on a weekday night. The reviews seem to be very good. Although, we were a little skeptical once we realized it was in a strip mall, and parking was minimal. Once inside, our host and waiter Darren was welcoming and very accommodating. Is a nice-looking restaurant with good customer service. I ordered crab cake for an appetizer, it was very good. My husband ordered the trouble fries, and he said it was very good, I ordered the Ribeye steak with onion and mushrooms, and it was ok for my taste I would like less salt in the onion and mushrooms and the meat more soft, my husband ordered chicken parm with pasta he said it was good. Customer can bring their own bottles. I will repeat he visit again, just ordering something different than the steak.
