A Willis★★This has to be the nastiest Wendy's EVER according to cleanest. The floors are greasy in the lobby. You could actually consider it a slip and slide 🛝 play area. The bathroom 🚻 floor was so dirty once again think slip and slide but with urine. The service is great 👍 👌 😀. It is super sad when hard working good employees have to work in a dump. The owner need to invest some money back into the facility. You can actually see old construction materials piled on the dinning room floor. Also, being a town Fairborn ,Ohio with several Veterans you would think they would have at least one handica
Brook★The food came out fine. We were pulled up to the side door to wait for our order, and we did so. A employee came out with a bag of food, and we weren’t sure if it was ours so we rolled our window down, and they were extremely rude about it. Multiple occasions I’ve come here and they have just had nasty attitudes. Everyone has bad days, and are going through something. You need to push through and still have customer service. Very rude, and unenjoyable.

I would love to give a huge shoutout to the woman working the drive thru tonight (3/5/26) because she was incredible!!!! They were out of part of my order which was no big deal but she went above and beyond by replacing the item and even throwing in a free drink! I hope they give her a raise because she is just the bees knees. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name or I would shout her out by name.
Brent Persinger★They forgot half our order which made us have to return and the Manager was not friendly and tried to combat anyway she could to not help us out. They combined the kids meals into one bag, had no Toys, missing fries, missing apples, and messed up one of the 4 sandwich's to which the food was cold anyways. Reluctantly gave us what she forgot claiming she didn’t miss anything. When I finally went to eat I noticed my sandwich was made wrong as well, so i returned. When I got there the man at the window said once it leaves the window there is nothing they can do about it. Giving him a puzzled look
