First time ordering at Eastern since 2019! I just moved back to N Fall River and this is the worst food I’ve ever received from them! Late dinner for myself and my 2 year old granddaughter! Burnt sweet potato fries! Steak bomb with huge chunks of peppers that are barely cooked!!! asked for it toasted umm not, cheese clumped to bread, extra mayo meant globs everywhere! Total waste of money! Fries went in the trash and we ate the inside of the sub minus the peppers!!! Highly disappointed

Everyone in my house asked if this was from Atlas pizza. I grew up eating Atlas pizza back in the 80s . I'm not sure what changed, but Atlas Pizza's food went down hill sometime between 2010 and 2024. The Pizza from Eastern PIzza taste like what Atlas pizza tasted like years ago. The crust seems different. It doesn't seem as thick. My wife didn't care for the fries, but there were no other complaints. I ordered online and one of the pizza came wrong. I’ve been ordering from Eastern Pizza for years, normally very good with only a few blips, but still the only pizza place I go to in Fall River because the other places around here I've ordered from are terrible. After my most recent order, both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. I called just to give them a heads-up, because it might be from their food, and the woman who said she was the manager became very defensive, insisting it was impossible because we only ordered cheese pizza and a Greek salad.
