Been around since before we gained a ton of Mexican restaurants in Fargo, and it's a classic. More Americanized? Yes. But is it still good food? Absolutely. Great happy hour specials, and a great place to celebrate on your birthday.

Do not recommend this place at all. The food was terrible. The rice was dry and stale, the vegetables were not fresh either. It genuinely felt like the plate had been sitting in the fridge for a week, then reheated and served. The Coca-Cola was heavily watered down and had a strong chlorine taste. The restaurant was filthy: the menu was covered in dried sauce and food remnants, the plates arrived with stuck-on bits of old food. Went for my birthday. Food was tasty, server needs major retraining. It took close to ten mins for him to come and get our drink order. 5 mins after bringing our food our server came out and gave us our checks. There was no check in on how the food was, no asking if we wanted deserts which I did. We weren't even half way through our meals. Paradiso always have good food and usually has good service. But wow, this server I do not recommend

Greeting at the entrance was kind of cold young girl looked possibly over worked or just tired. Once sat down Ellie was our server. Everything was great, portions are very large definitely get your money's worth. Been before and definitely return. Great atmosphere sat in the middle by the water fountain. Love this place ❤️
