I ordered the Grilled Portuguese Blue Mackerel with Boiled Potatoes and Spanish Sauce for the lunch special. The Sauce was the star of the meal because it enhanced the flavor of the fish so well that I want the recipe for the sauce. The dish was well worth the half an hour that I waited for it. It is something that I will make this summer on the grill. Most staff speak limited English, so I always have to find someone who speaks fluent English CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT INTERIOR COULD USE A RENOVATION RESTROOM IS USUALLY FILTHY

The waitstaff here is very attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. The red snapper was delicious and fried perfectly. The steak I ordered is one of those “cook it yourself” deals (other steaks they will cook for you). The cut they provided was delicious tho. We got an order of beans, rice and salad. I was surprised to see that the sides are done family style, so definitely don’t over order! Pricing was incredible. The red snapper was only $17!! Definitely give this place a try. Remember it’s also cash only.
