Cute coffee shop in downtown Fayetteville. Listened to the other reviews and so glad I did, the coffee really is as good as they say! I got the Mexican mocha iced and my husband got the churro latte iced. Both delicious! We're on a road trip and have no reason to come back, but this place makes me want to make a whole trip back just for the coffee!!

I was only in Fayetteville for a day and a half so I only planned one coffee shop visit. I have gotten to where I judge shops off of Instagram more than anything else. Typically attention to detail on socials goes hand in hand to attention to detail in person and, at least in this case, my theory proved true! Vagabond has a great presence on social media and represents their vibes and drink offerings well. Downtown Fayetteville and Vagabond’s location are so cool! I could tell this would be my go to shop if I lived in the area! Not only are the location and the vibes top notch, so are the service, the drink selection, and quality! I believe I must have been speaking with the owner who told me all about the shop and gave suggestions on drinks. She also even let me sample a couple of things. I got three drinks and two were spectacular, one was okay. The only thing that was not superb was their matcha. Nowhere can be perfect though! If I went back, and I hope I get to, I would get any

First time trying this cafe and got their seasonal pandan sticky rice matcha! I didn’t expect much since we are in Fayetteville…but let me tell you!!! This is probably the best matcha I had in a while in NC! Just look at the vibrant green color!! The matcha was so creamy and you really taste the pandan and sticky rice aspect. 10/10 would get again and wish it was their forever menu

First and most importantly, Vagabond has excellent espresso based drinks and coffee. I am here visiting family, and brought a few around to try different things on the menu. The churro latte was fire, smooth, I can tell they have their espresso dialed in. My family got cafe de olla and a chai, both loved their drinks! I got a horchata latte to go to bring back for someone who is a little less experienced with coffee, and it was a bit too espresso forward for them, they were expecting more of a sugary experience. The churro was sweeter and would probably have been a better entry point. Nancy is attentive and kind and humored me practicing my Spanish with her. I didn’t feel like she was in a rush, and she was very willing to talk while there were lulls between rushes of customers. Her coworker, Ryan, was also nice and communicative. Churro and horchata latte are absolutely out of this world. The owner is a warm, welcoming and well-cultured young lady. Cozy back room that is excellent to enjoy a book or catch up on those pesky emails. If that isnt the mood then sit street side either indoors or outdoors and enjoy the view of downtown Fayetteville. This place is a vibe! I had an appointment upstairs and after decided to get some coffee! I was expecting just coffee but when I walked in a warm feeling came over me. They welcomed me in, Ryan took my order and a customer gave me a drink recommendation. Ryan is amazing, he was kind and such an awesome human being. Now to the drink; I tried the matcha with coconut milk, it was on their spring menu. It was absolutely delicious. I could tell it was high quality matcha. Thanks to Ms. Carrie for the recommendation! I was truly impressed by the customer service, beautiful decor and the drink. I will definitely be back, when I have my next appointment upstairs!

This cute little coffee shop has the best coffee in town. I'm a coffee snob from WA/ID (IYKYK) and this is one of the only places I'll go in Fayetteville. The coffee is creamy and the sauces taste homemade, not at all like the mainstream coffee chains. If you're looking for a new addiction, this is your place!
