We had such a great first experience at Samarkand Steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The hummus appetizer was so fresh and flavorful, definitely one of the best parts of the meal. I ordered the ribeye steak with rice, French fries, and a Caesar salad, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Even dessert was amazing. What really stood out though was the hospitality. Christina was our server and she was so friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the entire dinner. What an amazing restaurant! Upon arrival I was greeted and seated, place wasn't too busy but there were quite a few tables taken. I only saw one server and she was on top of things! Overall service was very warm and prompt - I didn't have to wait much between courses and server checked regularly to ensure all was well. Food - absolutely spectacular! I highly recommend combo kabob - it's quite a generous portion so if you're doing an appetizer you could share this entree for 2 and be full. I quite enjoyed the beef tongue salad, bread and Cherry vareniki for dessert.

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit here! We started with the hummus platter. The server also brought a delicious round bread, which we tried not to devour entirely so we'd have room for dinner. My husband had a lamb & chicken kabob with the avocado salad and rice. I had a lamb kabob with zucchini and steak fries. The kabobs were so flavorful and came with a delicious light tomato-based sauce. Our sides were also great. I couldn't resist the lava cake for dessert, but I was extremely full when I left! With such an enormous menu, we'll definitely return.

Really enjoyed my experience at Samarkand Steakhouse. The restaurant has a cozy and unique Central Asian atmosphere, and the food was excellent. The hand-pulled noodles and lamb dish were both flavorful and authentic. Great service, generous portions, and definitely a place I would come back to again.
