I understand closing the lobby early to prioritize cleaning and efficiency. But as a doordash driver, the lobby should remain open for delivery only. Had to wait 30 min in a very long drive thru line in order to receive my doordash delivery order (when I’m sure it was done sooner than that). Waiting like this causes me to lose tips and other orders that I could’ve taken instead. Maybe just keep the right door on the other side open, not the main entrance… so that only delivery orders can go inside. Just something to think about.

Went through the drive-thru and was told there would be a wait for fried rice, so I switched to white rice. I also ordered two orders of rangoons. When I got my food, I realized the rangoons were missing. I checked my receipt and saw they were never added to my order. I parked and went inside to fix it, but stood at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged once. Wow wow wow! I just had the most wonderful experience with Elton, Kaitlyn, and Jael at the store 1779 E Nile Mile Rd in Pensacola FL. I was warmly welcomed at the drive thru and truly felt like my business was appreciated when I got to the window. I told them how nice that was and I was asked why I chose the location. Told them wife was in the hospital just up the street and was surprised at the heartfelt responses they all gave. Use these kids as a template of how you do customer service!! Love these guys!

Ordered the Plate with Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken was very good, but the Sesame Chicken was just okay. The Chow Mein was awful, it was dry and flavorless, and I ended up throwing it in the garbage. My husband had the Bowl, with Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice. He said both were very good. I tried his fried rice and thought it was good, as well. Will definitely go back but won't get the Sesame Chicken or Chow Mein again.
